Le Khaitan Sporting Club (en arabe : نادي خيطان الرياضي), plus couramment abrégé en Khaitan SC, est un club koweïtien de football fondé en 1965 et basé à Khaitan, une banlieue de Koweït City, la capitale du pays.

History

Khaitan est le premier club koweïtien de l'histoire à remporter le championnat de D2 du pays.

**Khaitan Sport Club** (arabe : نادي خيطان الرياضي) est un club de football koweïtien basé à Khaitan, Koweït. Le club a été fondé en 1964 et évolue actuellement dans la Premier League koweïtienne.

Khaitan est l'un des clubs les plus anciens et les plus populaires du Koweït. Le club a remporté de nombreux titres au fil des ans, notamment la Premier League koweïtienne à trois reprises (1972, 1983 et 1992), la Coupe du Koweït à deux reprises (1975 et 1988) et la Supercoupe du Koweït à une reprise (2015).

Khaitan a également participé à plusieurs compétitions internationales, notamment la Coupe d'Asie des clubs champions et la Coupe du Golfe des clubs champions. Le club a atteint la finale de la Coupe du Golfe des clubs champions en 2011, mais s'est incliné face au club saoudien d'Al Hilal.

Khaitan est connu pour son style de jeu offensif et sa passionnée base de supporters. Le club joue ses matchs à domicile au stade de Khaitan, qui a une capacité de 8 000 places.
