Le Chieti Basket 1974, anciennement connu sous le nom de Roseto Sharks, est un club italien de basket-ball basé à Chieti, dans les Abruzzes. Le club évolue actuellement en Serie A2, le deuxième niveau du championnat italien.

Fondé en 1974, le Chieti Basket a connu une histoire mouvementée, marquée par plusieurs changements de nom et de ville. Le club a notamment été basé à Roseto degli Abruzzi de 1982 à 2012, avant de déménager à Chieti.

Les Sharks ont remporté leur premier titre national en 1991, en remportant le championnat de Serie B. Ils ont également remporté la Coupe d'Italie de Serie B en 1996.

En 2012, le club a été contraint de changer de nom en Chieti Basket 1974 en raison de difficultés financières. Depuis, le club a connu des difficultés à retrouver son ancienne gloire, mais il reste l'une des équipes les plus populaires des Abruzzes.

Les couleurs traditionnelles du Chieti Basket 1974 sont le blanc et le bleu. Le club joue ses matchs à domicile au PalaCastagna.
