Clubul Sportiv Municipal Constanța, commonly known as CSM Constanța, is a Romanian basketball club based in Constanța, which currently participates in the Liga Națională, the top-tier league in Romania. The team represents the men's basketball section of the CSM Constanța multi-sports club. The basketball team predates the multi-sports club (which was founded in 2021), being named Athletic Neptun Constanța before the merger in the summer of 2022. The club initially played in the second-tier Liga I. However, in 2018 the league was merged with the top-tier: Liga Națională.
L'Abc Athletic Constanta est une équipe de basket-ball roumaine qui évolue dans la première division du championnat roumain. Le club est basé à Constanța, ville portuaire située sur la mer Noire.
Fondé en 1945, l'Abc Athletic Constanta est l'un des clubs de basket-ball les plus anciens et les plus titrés de Roumanie. Il a remporté à 13 reprises le championnat national et à 5 reprises la coupe nationale.
L'Abc Athletic Constanta dispute ses matchs à domicile dans la salle de sport Ion Podaru, d'une capacité de 1 200 places.
